Imperial Oscietra

  • Experience the exquisite delicacy of Amur Sturgeon caviar, harvested from these remarkable long-lived fish historically from the Amur basin around China and Russia. The largest Amur Sturgeon can reach over three meters in length and weigh more than 190kg. This majestic fish begins producing its signature large grey to emerald colored eggs once it reaches the age of ten, offering caviar enthusiasts a truly exceptional culinary experience to indulge in.
